Over 1,700 confiscated modified motorbike mufflers destroyed in Bulacan

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan—Authorities destroyed on Thursday modified motorcycle mufflers confiscated throughout Bulacan province for violation of local ordinances on noise and air pollution. The destruction was done inside this camp of the Bulacan Provincial Police Office. Bulacan police director Col. Angel Garcillano said the 1,654 mufflers were seized from all the 21 towns
