Ombudsman Remulla cites ‘problem’ with AMLC amid flood mess probe

MANILA, Philippines — Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla on Thursday said his agency is having a “problem” with the Anti Money Laundering Council (AMLC) related to their investigation into the multibillion flood control corruption scandal. Remulla made this remark a day after AMLC Executive Director Matthew David announced his resignation. David, who requested a transfer to
