NOVELETA, Cavite — Senior citizens who celebrated their 80th, 85th, 90th and 95th birthdays were rewarded with cash gifts by the local government here.

The payout was held at the New Noveleta Municipal Hall on Monday, April 21, 2025.
Mayor Dino Chua, board member Davey Chua, Office of Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) head Donato Alvarez and local DSWD head Jinky Sidocon led the distribution of cash gifts worth P10,000 each to octogenarians and nonagenarians of Noveleta.
Mayor Chua urged seniors ages 80 and above to contact the senior citizen president in their respective barangay to receive the benefit from the local government.
The local government extended a cash gift to the first batch of elderlies numbering 26, and soon will also give a cash gift to an additional 25 grandparents in the second batch.
