Ipad 10th gen 256gb with pen and still has warranty or ipad air 5th gen 256gb no pen no warranty and 2023 pa nabili?

Yung video is air 5, medyo sketchy kasi halos complete pa inclusions nya miski yung plastic haha

Pa help naman alin mas maganda in the long run. Although bago pa yung ipad 10th nung dec lang nabili pero mas lamang padin ata yung air 5. Plz help
