MANILA, Philippines – No bettor won the jackpot for Grand Lotto 6/55 in Wednesday night’s draw on Feb. 25, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). The winning combination for Grand Lotto 6/55 was 23-17-52-04-34-27, with a jackpot prize of ₱45 million. No ticket holder matched all six numbers. MegaLotto 6/45 also had no
