New NBI director to Harry Roque: ‘Come home, face your charges’

MANILA, Philippines — New National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag on Monday urged former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque to come home and face his charges in the Philippines. Roque, who is currently outside the country, is among the several accused facing an arrest warrant for violation of Section 4(1), in relation to Section
