Letitia Wright and Ebon Moss-Bachrach in "Avengers: Doomsday"

Marvel Studios

MANILA, Philippines — Marvel Studios released yet another teaser for the upcoming blockbuster "Avengers: Doomsday," bridging some of its iconic characters from the comics.

The teaser begins in a desert shot that pans down to reveal Letitia Wright's Shuri, the new Black Panther, walking across the sand.

"I've lost everyone that matters to me," says Shuri, referring to the deaths of her father, brother, and mother in past entries of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

While Shuri speaks, the slow "Avengers" theme is heard mixed with the score of the "Black Panther" theme.

The scene shifts to the Talokanil led by Namor (Tenoch Huerta Mejia), now donning a new outfit since Shuri's last encounter with the self-proclaimed first mutant in "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever."

"The king has his duties to prepare our people for the afterlife, I have mine," continues Shuri, now accompanied by the current King of Wakanda M'baku (Winston Duke).

The teaser ends with M'baku introducing himself to Ben Grimm — The Thing played Ebon Moss-Bachrach — of the Fantastic Four, and Shuri gesturing to someone offscreen a Wakandan salute.

This marks the first time any member of the Fantastic Four is meeting another character in the MCU. The post-credits scene of "Thunderbolts*" only teased the arrival of Marvel's First Family in a spaceship.

The rest of the Fantastic Four — Pedro Pascal's Reed Richards, Joseph Quinn's Johnny Storm, and Vanessa Kirby's Sue Storm (whom Namor has romantic history with in the comics) — are all confirmed to appear in "Avengers: Doomsday."

Past teasers also confirmed the participation of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier, Ian McKellen as Magento, James Marsden as Scott Summers and surprisingly Chris Evans as Steve Rogers.

Other actors returning for the blockbuster are Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, Channing Tatum, Kelsey Grammer and Tom Hiddleston.

All will go up against the new big bad Doctor Doom played by Robert Downey Jr., who formerly played Tony Stark in the MCU before his death in the last "Avengers" movie.
