MANILA, Philippines—T-Mc Ongotan delivered down the stretch as Arellano held off Emilio Aguinaldo College, 91-87, in Group B of the NCAA Season 102 men’s basketball tournament Tuesday night at San Juan Arena. Ongotan finished with 26 points, including two crucial baskets late in the fourth quarter, as the Chiefs improved to 2-0 early in the
