NBI says Sara Duterte tried to visit Madriaga

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Wednesday said Vice President Sara Duterte tried to visit Ramil Madriaga—the self-proclaimed “bagman” for Duterte, an allegation the VP repeatedly denied—at the Bureau of Jail Management Penology (BJMP) facility in Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City. During the House justice panel clarificatory hearing on Duterte’s
