NBI looking at possibility IEDs at DOJ, Senate connected to Sona

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is looking into the possibility that the recent explosion outside the Department of Justice (DOJ) building in Manila and the retrieval of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at the Senate building in Pasay City on Monday are connected to the State of the Nation Address (Sona) of President Ferdinand
