NBI chief: Dela Rosa should ‘surrender’ along with firearms

MANILA, Philippines – National Bureau of Investigation Director Melvin Matibag on Monday expressed hope that Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa would surrender to authorities together with his firearms.
