NBI checks ‘shabu tiangge’ in Taguig following buy-bust op

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is looking into a potential “shabu tiangge,” or organized retail marketplace for illegal drugs, after conducting a buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of a suspected illegal drug dealer in Taguig City. According to the NBI, its Dangerous Drugs Division conducted the buy-bust operation in
