GMA Network, international film and tv production and distribution company CreaZion Studios, and pan-regional over-the-top (OTT) video streaming service Viu are set to deliver the revenge drama series "Beauty Empire."

Produced by GMA Public Affairs, based on the original concept by CreaZion Studios, "Beauty Empire" delves into the fierce rivalry among powerful women in the cut-throat beauty industry where ambition, revenge, and power take center stage.

Created by award-winning filmmaker Real Florido and seasoned screenwriter Rona Co of CreaZion Studios, Beauty Empire is a fresh take on a Filipino story that inspires everyone to redefine their own beauty standards — while giving viewers an insider look into the local beauty industry.

Barbie Forteza, Ruffa Gutierrez, Kyline Alcantara, and Gloria Diaz will headline the series, together with Sam Concepcion, Choi Bo-min, Chai Fonacier and Sid Lucero.

"We all know that Filipinos work hard, find ways to get by, endure hardships, and strive for a better life for their families. But in this particular series, we will show you, in a very different and modern way, what millions of Filipinos are doing now. And I'm very happy that two of our most beloved and best GMA artists are leading 'Beauty Empire' – Barbie and Kyline," GMA Network Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, and Support Group, and President and CEO of GMA Films Annette Gozon-Valdes said.
