CEBU, Philippines — What if taking care of your health felt as fun as Sinulog itself?

This January, Watsons Great Health Fest blends seamlessly into Cebu's Sinulog Festival, proving that wellness doesn’t have to be quiet, clinical, or done alone.

Ongoing until Jan. 21, the event unfolds as an extension of the street party—where the steady beat of drums, bursts of color and the hum of the crowd set the pace for fitness, self-care and community.

“Maayong hapon sa inyo tanan. Kumusta kamo?” Watsons health business unit, finance and property development director Joweeh Liao greets the crowd, switching easily into the local dialect as cheers ripple through the venue.

Around her, festivalgoers weave between booths, some fresh from street dances, others pausing to cool down, stretch or browse.

Beyond the performances and crowd energy, the festival invites visitors to ease into their own wellness routines.
