MANILA, Philippines — More rains are expected nationwide due to the shear line and northeast monsoon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
Southern Luzon and the Visayas are experiencing scattered rains, while cloudy skies with continuous rains are expected in Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are forecast in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be rough in the northern and eastern sections of Luzon.
