MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Overseas Press Club is inviting MOPC members and guests to a Feb. 19 assembly with former Supreme Court Justice Andres Reyes Jr.

Reyes, chairman of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure, will discuss geopolitics and the future of the ICI, a body probing anomalous flood control deals.

Reyes is also expected to share his views, plans and reform agenda.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the Fairmont Ballroom in Makati.
