MMDA: Photo of flood barrier on Edsa is AI-generated, digitally altered

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) warned that the image of its L-shaped flood barriers along Edsa that circulated online was digitally manipulated. In a Facebook post on Saturday, July 11, the MMDA said the photo that showed gutter-deep flood with floating trash along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, Quezon City has
