MMDA moves concrete barriers on Edsa, adds one more lane amid INC rally

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has moved concrete barriers to place one more lane along the northbound side of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa), amid heavy traffic brought by the unannounced Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) protest rally. MMDA personnel were seen late Tuesday night using a forklift to move the concrete
