Last Jan 28, 2025, the exhilarating exhibition by the Choi Li Fut Hong Sheng Koon Lion and Dragon Dance group brought to life the spirit and energy of the new year as the ceremonial ritual signified abundance and welcoming of good luck and positive vibes for the year ahead.
The astonishing Chinese New Year décor curated by creative stylist Egan Ray Hugo enchanted guests from the moment they arrived. The hotel lobby was transformed into a breathtaking display of traditional elements and modern elegance, featuring the Guardian Trees of Earthly Abundance, the Celestial Arch of Prosperity and the Imperial Golden Tree of Everlasting Prosperity.

The lobby pillars were adorned with lengthy golden curtains, intricately designed with Chinese frames and tassels, embodying power, wealth and longevity. The bold aesthetic delivered a stirring message of embracing wonderful life experiences, inspired by the Midas golden touch.
To complement the celebration, Midas Café, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, offers a sumptuous Chinese-themed lunch and dinner buffet from Jan. 28 to Feb. 2, 2025.
