The Michelin Guide has added five more hotels in the Philippines to its list of recommended properties, bringing the total number in the country to 11.
The newest additions to the list include Raffles Makati, Manila Marriott Hotel at Newport World Resorts, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, and Shangri-La The Fort.
In September 2024, the Michelin Guide welcomed the initial six properties in the Philippines into its prestigious list: The Admiral Hotel Manila, The Peninsula Manila, Hotel Okura Manila, Amanpulo in Palawan, Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan in Cebu, and Nay Palad in Siargao.
In February, the Michelin Guide made its grand entrance to the Philippines. Its anonymous inspectors had begun their culinary journey through the archipelago in preparation for the highly anticipated 2026 selection of extraordinary restaurants.
The full restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu will be unveiled at a special event to be held in the last quarter of 2025.
Since its inception in 1990, the MICHELIN Guide, created by the Michelin tire company to support the growth of automobile mobility, has remained loyal to its original mission of guiding international travelers and local foodies to the best restaurants, highlighting world culinary scenes, and promoting travel culture.
