Metro Retail profit rose 12% to P683M in 2025

MANILA, Philippines – Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. (MRSGI) grew its 2025 net income by 12 percent to P682.64 million, driven by stronger operations and cost management.  The Gaisano-led grocery retailer on Monday said the increase came as total sales climbed 4.9 percent to P41.56 billion, supported by growth across key segments and store expansion.
