Meizu is unveiling a new flagship smartphone and other devices at MWC 2025 in Barcelona. This signals the company’s re-entry into the global market after their exit announcement last year.
Prior to this, Meizu said that the company has shifted their focus towards AI technology. However, their partnership with Polestar has allowed them to release devices that were initially exclusive to the Chinese market.
Meizu’s upcoming flagship device will be accompanied by two other smartphones. Among notable announcements will also be AIoT devices and software advancements with AI. Of course, this is expected to be integrated into Meizu’s devices moving forward.
Meizu should also be revealing other devices like their new AI smart glasses, smart rings, and more. As of now, Meizu has even re-entered the Philippine market with the launches of the Note 21 and mBlu 21.
Meizu is looking to make a statement this year. I’m sure we’re all excited to see if they can provide competitive options in the market. We’re also hoping that they can offer their new AI advancements in devices shipped in the Philippines moving forward.
For those interested, we’ll leave our reviews on their recent launches in the Philippines below.
Communication graduate, closet cynic, and kid at heart. Duane is a rare person to find, quite literally. He often takes to himself but has proven his mettle in tech media with his quick wits. Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
