Megaworld adds tower to Palawan township

MANiLA, Philippines — Megaworld Corp. is expanding its township portfolio in Palawan, as it unveiled a new wellness-focused residential development. The project is located in its 462-hectare ecotourism community, Paragua Coastown, in San Vicente. In a disclosure statement on Monday, the Andrew Tan-led property giant introduced Santé Residences Palawan. It is a 14-story condominium project
