Megan Young is preparing nonstop to meet her first baby with Mikael Daez.
On Instagram, the actress and beauty queen shared a playful video of her and Mikael "practicing" breathing exercises.
In her caption, she said that "it’s time to chill but at the same time I’m not chill because we’re getting closer and closer to meeting our baby boy."
"Gotta start learning and writing down my birth plan!! Watching birthing videos non stop too," she added. "Let’s gooooo mommas!!!"
Megan and Mikael, who tied the knot in 2020, announced that they're expecting their first baby back in December. They held a gender reveal party with family and friends to tell them it's a boy.
The couple has been giving updates about their pregnancy journey, and even shared a video of them brainstorming possible names for their baby.
