On August 29, 2023, Ryan Bang surprised everyone when he announced that he already has a girlfriend in the noontime show 'It's Showtime.'
He proudly said, "Siyempre, gusto kong sabihin sa aking [It's] Showtime family, may girlfriend na ako."
According to Vice Ganda, Ryan called him the night before to announce the good news. Ryan considers Vice as his "mother" in the Philippines.
Vice Ganda revealed, "Alam mo kahapon, ang sama-sama ng pakiramdam ko tapos nag-text siya sa akin, ang saya-saya niya."
"Sabi niya, 'Mommy, ikaw una kong sasabihan.' Tapos tinawagan ko siya, umiiyak siya."
Although Ryan didn't reveal the identity of his girlfriend on air, he proudly shares some of their adventures on Instagram. Her name is Paola Grace Huyong.
On June 29, news broke out that Ryan and Paola got engaged after their respective parents met for dinner a few days before.
