Matibag asks: Why is Rep. Duterte reacting when probe is on contractors?

MANILA, Philippines — National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag is confused why Davao City Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte is reacting to the agency’s investigation of anomalous flood control projects in the lawmaker’s district. The NBI head is puzzled because he said the subject of the probe are contractors, and not Duterte or other lawmakers.
