Marcos: Sandro’s decision to recuse from impeachment case ‘very proper’

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said it was only proper for his son, House Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos, to recuse himself from discussions on his impeachment. At an interview on Wednesday evening, the president commended his son’s move, admitting that it is not unlikely for his own son to be biased.
