Amid the recovery of the consumer market, billionaire Manuel B. Villar Jr. is strengthening management of AllHome Corp. and AllDay Marts Inc. by hiring two retail veterans as their new presidents.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), AllHome said Frances Rosalie T. Coloma has resigned from her position as acting president and chief operating officer (COO), while Maribel N. Sibayan has been elected as the new president and COO of the company.

Sibayan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from University of Santo Tomas (UST) in 1992 and earned her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from De La Salle Graduate School of Business, where she was a dean’s lister.

She held various leadership positions in Philippine Global Communications Inc. from 1996 to 1997, Uniwide Sales Warehouse Club from 1997 to 2001, Super Shopper Market Inc. from 2001 to 2004, Rustan Supercenters Inc. from 2004 to 2009, Metro Gaisano from 2010 to 2014, and AllDay Marts from 2014 to 2018.

She served as COO of MerryMart Grocery Centers Inc. from 2020 to 2022, and as vice president for operations at SM Mart Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Sibayan served as chairman of the board of People’s Television Network Inc. (PTV) prior to her appointment at AllHome.

Meanwhile, in a separate disclosure, AllDay reported the resignation of Magdalena G. De Guzman from her position as acting president and COO while George Anthony R. Domingo was elected as the new acting president and COO of the company.

Domingo graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. He completed his Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, earning a gold medal.

He held leadership positions at Rustan’s Supercenter Inc.-Shopwise from 2001 to 2010, was assistant vice president (AVP) for business development at Filinvest Land, from 2011 to 2014, vice president of business development and planning for commercial and retail at Vista Mall from 2014 to 2019, and as general manager of Silverbow Events.
