Manila DRRM dep’t on red alert for July 2 INC rally

MANILA, Philippines — The Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department  (CDRRMD) is now on red alert status for the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC)-led rally at the Liwasang Bonifacio on Thursday, July 2. “This is part of the intensified preparation by the local government to ensure the swift response to any possible incident or
