Lucio Co Group to take over Villar’s PrimeWater

MANILA, Philippines – The Villar group on Tuesday announced that Crystal Bridges Holding Corp. of tycoon Lucio Co will acquire 100 percent of water distributor PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp.
