LTO summons vlogger in viral road rage video

 The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a show-cause order to a vlogger who was reportedly involved in a road rage incident. The LTO, in a statement on Monday, cited a viral video which showed the vlogger “intentionally [driving] close to another vehicle.” It said that the vlogger went out of his vehicle at a
