LPA, easterlies to bring rains across PH on July 29

MANILA, Philippines — The low-pressure area (LPA) and the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, are forecast to bring gloomy skies and scattered rains over parts of the country on Wednesday, July 29, the state weather bureau said. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said during a
