MANILA, Philippines — Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital received the award for Best Customer Service Initiative of the Year – Philippines at the Healthcare Asia Awards (HCA) in Singapore last March 26.  

This was in recognition of its One Lourdes Inquiry Center, a centralized system that simplifies how patients access hospital services and information.

The One Lourdes Inquiry Center provides a single access point for appointments, service inquiries and general concerns—reducing wait times, minimizing call transfers and improving response efficiency.

The center is supported by a dedicated team trained to provide accurate information on the first contact, allowing for smoother patient transactions and more efficient handling of inquiries.

Through the system, patients can access information on doctors’ schedules, diagnostic services, billing information and HMO coverage without coordinating with multiple departments.

This setup also enables hospital teams to manage inquiries more efficiently and respond in a timely manner.
