MANILA, Philippines — Despite being stranded in the street as transport group Manibela began its three-day transport strike on Wednesday, a commuter said she is not bothered by the shortage in public transportation. She said she understands that it is the group’s right to hold protests, given the rapid rise in the cost of fuel.
