MANILA, Philippines – The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is offering 28 online courses for free from January to June this year.

The Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) are “non-degree online courses designed to provide flexible, high-quality education to a global audience.”

The self-paced lessons are taken up on the UPOU Massive Open Distance eLearning (MODeL) platform.
