Lisa’s “Alter Ego” is here!
The Blackpink member dropped her debut solo album on Friday.
“Alter Ego” is composed of 15 tracks, including the previously released “Rockstar,” “Born Again,” “New Woman,” and “Moonlit Floor.”
Lisa explored various personas or alter egos for the album, namely: Roxi, Kiki, Vixi, Sunni, and Speedi, who all have their own looks and character traits. The album is made up of a mix of songs that range from upbeat raps to sweet love songs.
“I can’t believe my album is finally here!!!! I’m so happy that it’s yours now. I hope you love it as much as I do,” Lisa said on Instagram.
Along with the release of “Alter Ego,” Lisa dropped the music video for “FUTW.” Lisa donned various looks and performed the song in places like a prison cell, a rooftop, and a neon-lit warehouse.
Lisa is set to perform at the Oscars with her "Born Again" collaborators, Doja Cat and Raye.
She also starred in the latest season of “The White Lotus.”
Meanwhile, Blackpink is set to embark on a world tour this year.
