Lipa court orders arrest of Atong Ang

MANILA, Philippines—The Lipa City, Batangas Regional Trial Court has ordered the arrest of businessman Charlie “Atong” Ang for kidnapping with homicide in connection with the missing sabungeros (cockfighting enthusiasts).
