Leviste: Accept only bids lower than 10% to resolve DPWH budget impasse

MANILA, Philippines — To end the impasse brought by the perceived wrong implementation of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) budget cuts, Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste has suggested that only bids that are 10 percent lower than the contract price should be accepted. In a statement on Tuesday, Leviste said that the
