Lawyers to SC: Restrain House ‘fishing expedition’ vs Sara Duterte

MANILA, Philippines — A petition has been filed before the Supreme Court questioning the unconstitutional acts by the House Committee on Justice and restraining it from proceeding with the impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte. “When constitutional boundaries are crossed, someone must go to Court,” Atty.
