Lawyer who notarized 18 ex-Marines’ affidavit appears before the NBI

MANILA, Philippines —  The lawyer who notarized the affidavit of the 18 alleged former Marines appeared before the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Tuesday to comply with a subpoena. Atty. Charlie Pascual arrived at NBI headquarters on Tuesday morning and remains at the Special Action Unit as of this writing. Meanwhile, the 18 alleged
