Lance Gokongwei takes PhilWeb helm 

MANILA, Philippines — Tycoon Lance Gokongwei has taken the helm as chair of listed technology firm PhilWeb Corp., as the company ramps up its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered infrastructure business.
