Masa Bakehouse has announced the permanent closure of its Manila branches.

The La Union-born bakery shared the unfortunate news on its social media pages.

To those who want to try the bakery’s pastries, including its bestseller pan de coco, for the last time in Metro Manila, its BF Homes branch will stay open until May 18, while takeout and delivery orders will be accepted until June 15.

Meanwhile, its BGC branch will remain open until supplies last.

“To everyone who hung out with us in the city, thank you for the love. We appreciate you all,” Masa Bakehouse wrote.

While its Manila branches will be gone for good, its La Union and El Nido stores will remain operational.

Masa Bakehouse in La Union is located at Costales St., Sitio Dappat, San Juan. It’s open from Wednesdays to Sundays, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The El Nido brach is located next to Jurias LBC/Caltex. It’s open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
