Kylie Verzosa is serving stunning visuals at the Cannes Film Festival 2025.
On Instagram, the Miss International 2016 shared her red carpet moment at the festival, donning an attractive yellow ensemble by Filipino designer Mark Bumgarner.
The beauty queen’s gown features a strapless, structured corset-style bodice with defined boning, creating a sculpted, figure-hugging effect that accentuates the waist.
But the most attention-grabbing element of the dress? Its dramatic lower half transitions from a mermaid-style silhouette into a voluminous design resembling a blooming rose.
According to Bumgarner, "The silhouette is anchored by structure and minimalist lines."
"At the base of the dress is our signature style of repetition: waves of cut out organza meticulously arranged to form a flower in bloom," he adds in an Instagram post, saying the gown's color is a nod to "summer mornings — subtle, yet rich enough to stand out in the Riviera sun."

Kylie isn't the only Filipina who walked the Cannes red carpet.
Earlier, Marina Summers made history as the first Filipina drag queen to walk the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival.
