The Diamond Hotel culinary team has crafted a special five-course set dinner for this pre-Valentine's event. The meal begins with a seafood appetizer, followed by mushroom soup enhanced with a touch of charcoal oil. For the main course, guests can choose from certified Angus beef with foie gras, pan-seared salmon fillet, or chicken roulade with sundried tomatoes. The dining experience concludes with a strawberry-chocolate dessert and flavored pralines.
