Jennylyn Mercado is back to jiu-jitsu training!
On Instagram, the Ultimate Star shared a photo of her clad in her gi, an outfit worn by those who practice jiu-jitsu.
"Back on the mats!" she wrote. "Time to dust off the gi and get back to work."
Jennylyn began training in jiu-jitsu in 2011. Four years later, she shared in a magazine interview that she needed more cardio exercises to slim down after gaining muscles from jiu-jitsu.
Since then, Jennylyn has consistently returned to jiu-jitsu training every chance she gets.
Earlier, Jennylyn and her husband, Dennis Trillo, marked their daughter Dylan's third birthday with a "Moana"-themed photoshoot.
The Kapuso couple got married in November 2021 and welcomed Dylan in 2022.
Jennylyn and Dennis have started taping for their upcoming GMA series, "Sanggang Dikit," in February.
