Filipino makeup artist Jelly Eugenio took to social media to air his frustrations about his offloaded luggage, which contained his makeup tools and other stuff for work.

On TikTok, Jelly, who's known for being the makeup artist of several celebrities, including Vice Ganda, Nadine Lustre, and BINI, said that Philippine Airlines (PAL) offloaded his luggage on his flight from Siargao to Manila.

"They offloaded my makeup luggage from my flight, and I have to go straight to work - every makeup artist's nightmare," Jelly wrote, adding that this isn't the first time it happened to him.

According to the makeup artist, he "respectfully asked the counter" if there was any chance for his luggage to be offloaded so he could just put his makeup tools in his hand-carry bag.

"Paulit-ulit ko tinanong na, 'sure po ha?' Because I had previous experience na nga," he said. “Sabi hindi ma-o-offload."

"Nilagyan pa ng tag na priority because nga I explained how I'm going straight to work," he added.

Jelly also said that his flight was delayed for two hours, "no notice, no anything."

"And if I thought that was already bad, them randomly picking my 'priority' work bag to offload is a nightmare," he said.

"This is tiring and traumatizing,” he added. "Tapos babayad na naman kayo ng [P2000] sa nawala na job na 6 digits."

In the comment section, PAL responded to Jelly's TikTok video.

"Hello, Jelly. We understand how frustrating and stressful this situation must have been, especially given the urgency of your work," PAL wrote. "Thank you for your patience and understanding."

Jelly replied with, "No, you don't. If you understood, and your staff understood, my bag will be with me at work. But it's not."

GMA News Online has contacted PAL for further comment but they have yet to respond as of this posting.

@jellyeugenio PAL did it again. They left my luggage again. And i think they will forever target my luggage for this. They offloaded my makeup luggage from my flight and i have to go straight to work - every makeup artist’s nightmare. This is the second time, first in Palawan, now in Siargao. And i respectfully asked the counter kung may chance mag-offload dahil tatanggalin ko na lang dun and ihahandcarry yung important - paulit ulit ko tinanong na sure na po ha? Because i had previous experience na nga. Sabi hindi mao-off load. Nilagyan pa ng tag na priority because nga i explained how im going straight to work. First surprise, this flight is delayed by 2hrs, were already in the airport and our supposed plane is still in manila. No notice, no anything. And if i thought that was already bad, them randomly picking my “priority” work bag to offload is a nightmare. Sana yung damit na luggage na lang iniwan. Mata-target talaga nila yung bag ko for work because it’s heavy. May mga makeup. May mga brush. May ilaw. This is tiring and traumatizing. Tapos babayad na naman kayo ng 2k sa nawala na job na 6digits. Damn. Hurt of the filipino #philippineairlines ? original sound - JELLY EUGENIO ????
