Filipino sneakerheads soon won’t have to travel far to get a pair of sneakers from Golden Goose.
The Italian luxury fashion brand, renowned for its iconic sneakers, is set to open its first store in Makati, as seen in fashion and fitness influencer Jeff Ong's TikTok video of the brand's board-up in Greenbelt mall.
Other details, including the opening date and the products it will carry for its Philippine store, have yet to be officially revealed.
Golden Goose sneakers, with prices starting at $675 or approximately P39,113, are known for their unique distressed and vintage-inspired aesthetic, with the brand’s iconic star on the sides of the shoes a signature design element.
Among the Filipino celebrities who own a Golden Goose pair include Claudine Barretto, Bianca Umali, and Max Collins.
Golden Goose was founded in Marghera, Italy in 2000.
