Is Revilla 1st ‘big fish’ off to jail? Palace says he’s not the beginning

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Tuesday said the government may already be halfway toward its goal of jailing all the “big fish” involved in the flood control scandal, following the surrender of former Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. Revilla voluntarily turned himself in to authorities Monday evening following the issuance of an arrest warrant by the Sandiganbayan.
