I just want to ask kung possible ba na palitan yung personal info na nakalagay sa dito home wifi account, like yung name, birthday etc.? Sinubukan ko na i-email yung concern ko sa customer service ng DITO nung November, but wala akong nareceive na reply sa kanila. I also tried contacting them but hindi ako nac-connect sa agent nila. What to do? 😅
