Is it OK with Bianca Umali if Ruru Madrid has a girl best friend?
On Thursday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the actress shared that Ruru actually already has a girl best friend even before they became a couple.
“Best friends po talaga sila ni Mikee [Quintos]. So he does have a girl best friend. And I was best friends also with a guy when our relationship started,” Bianca said.
The couple introduced each other to one another's best friends, and it all went well.
“You know the respect and the boundaries are clear,” she said, adding that they are all still friends to this day.
In the same interview, Bianca noted the importance of honesty and transparency among couples.
“Mahalagang inililinaw sa isa’t-isa ng mag-asawa kung sino ang mga kaibigan, ano ang mga nangyayari,” she said. “Sabi ko nga po eh even if masakit po ang sasabihin ninyo sa isa’t-isa, as long as ang goal ay maging totoo kayo at walang tinatago, wala, hindi po ‘yan magbubunga into something bigger.”
Ruru confirmed his relationship with Bianca in a “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” episode in 2022.
The couple has talked about marriage, with Ruru calling Bianca the one.
